Recruitment Account Manager / Consultant

We are recruiting an Account Manager to support and develop an existing customer base at ST Selection. This is an opportunity to walk into a warm desk with active requirements, and great clients. Please get in touch if you’d like a chat about this opportunity.


  • You must be strong with managing candidates and building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Deliver on house accounts - coming onto a warm desk
  • Deliver a professional service to all of your clients and candidates
  • Manage your business pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained relationship.


  • You will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant.
  • Experience in educating clients on the merits of using you as a recruitment partner.
  • Experience with cold calling new businesses and proven track record of exceeding targets
  • You will be an independent, hardworking self-starter.
  • You will have strong communication and persuasive skills with the ability to provide comprehensive solutions to existing and prospective clients.
