Specialising in several different sectors including Construction, Environmental, Power & Energy, Building Services, Technology, Facilities Management, Fire & Security and Industrial, they are looking for consultants at all levels from Trainee right through to Managing consultants, both contract & perm.

They don't believe in micromanagement, or KPI's in place just for the sake of having them. They believe in giving consultants the autonomy they want with the right levels of support, guidance and training which is determined by the consultants themselves, their manager and their dedicated L&D manager in the regular progress meetings.

Commission is paid monthly and up to 30%. Not only is the commission one of the best in the area but some of the other incentives are unrivalled, with monthly lunch clubs targets, bottomless brunches, 2 holiday targets per year and a quite spectacular summer party that the whole business attends, all expenses paid!

They are a sociable business and want the sales floor to be full 5 days a week, however there is flexibility available for those who require it. They have found that even though they have given consultants the opportunities to work from home, most if not all want to be in the office as much as possible due to the amazing culture they have created.

They will pay basic salaries of up to £45k and are always open to entrepreneurial consultants who may want to start new divisions under their brand and excellent guidance.
