Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: One New Bailey, 4 Stanley Street, Manchester, M3 5JL

Package details:

  • £21,500 to 25,000 basic salary
  • Cumulative 15% to 40% commission structure

Main Purpose of Role: Generation of revenue for the company via the placement of candidates into new clients

Principal Accountabilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • New business generation
  • Building a new desk by contacting potential clients with a view to providing legal recruitment services
  • Revenue generation via placement of candidates;
  • Advertising;
  • Resourcing;
  • Candidate screening;
  • Arranging interviews;
  • New business generation;
  • Chasing leads;
  • Administrative duties;
  • Candidate and client control;
  • Travel to and performance of client visits

and other similar tasks in a timely, professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications: Ideally degree qualified any subject. If not degree qualified then candidate should be demonstrably “graduate calibre”.

Experience: Some successful commercial experience in legal recruitment is essential. Small amounts of experience will be considered as we recruit at several grades.

Candidates must be IT literate with MS Word, the internet and MS Outlook to intermediate/advanced level
