We have an opportunity within our profressional staffing brand, Barclay Meade to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role will be specifically targeting the Aerospace sector.
The Sales & Marketing team focus on mid-senior level roles within the engineering sectors. Typical candidates have a technical/engineering background, coupled with commercial acumen and experience in sales. All consultants within the team focus on niche areas regarding industry and technology.
The key remit of this role is to embed within that industry sector in order to become a credible recruiter. There will be considerable cross-sell potential within the wider Barclay Meade and Matchtech brand of Gattaca Plc. This is a new business focused desk, but with many established connections and contacts to engage with. The role requires a high level of business development, along with strengthening warm business relationships from existing Barclay Meade and Matchtech client base. The role will be working in a highly supportive and encouraging team, complementing a successful consultant who is working within an associated market.
You will have responsibility for all aspects of operating a full lifecycle recruitment service and exceeding agreed targets. You will deliver this through the application of effective sales and client development techniques to maximise income and provide the highest standards of service. You will be responsible for developing an Influencer Network relevant to their industry and will also meet with clients regularly to discuss ways of supporting their business, cross selling relevant parts of Gattaca Plc
