Recruitment Lead - Engineering

Specialising in Technical recruitment within Engineering, they have rewarded success recently by means of promotions across the whole company.

They are now looking for a senior recruiter that would be looking to take the jump into managing a team. This role will include a personal and team-based commission structure SEPERATELY, as well as deputising for the Divisional Manager within the business.
Job Requirements:
- 360 recruitment process
- Build your own chosen vertical.
- Creating long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Headhunting and sourcing candidates
- Being up to date on the ever-evolving marketplace
- Screening prospects
- Handling the interview process
- Offer management
- Candidate and client aftercare
What they are looking for:
- 3+ Years in Recruitment
- Existing Engineering sector experience
- Strong Sales/Business development skills
- Good attention to detail
- Organised and can work to deadlines
- Commutable distance to the office (central Bristol)
- A team player
- A willingness to listen and learn

- A Basic Salary of up to £35,000 per year
