I have a very unique opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a healthcare company in need of a recruitment manager.

My client specialise in life-limiting care across the south-west . They are in need of a recruitment manager who understands what they do and can work efficiently under strict guidelines, as well as upholding the company's already superb reputation. They recruit for all parameters of the company, ranging from carers and doctors, to finance directors and retail managers.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with HR to put together plans for hiring and resourcing - both short and long term
• Efficient handling of full life cycle of recruitment processes
• Providing a great experience for all candidates and partners
• Creating effective partnerships with Schools, Colleges, Universities for better channels to work for the compan
