We have a 3-year company growth plan that has the opportunity for Team Leaders to fast track into a senior management position as we encourage internal promotion.

We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals ideally from a technical sector but not essential ready to step up into a Team Leader role to help mentor the Trainee Consultants while on track to become a manager on our one of our contract desks.

We seek natural leaders, with great communication and listening skills. If you are outgoing, driven, disciplined and passionate you will thrive as a Team Leader.
