My client is an exciting recruitment company, that helps tech start-ups and scale-ups maximise their hiring potential through strategised recruitment plans and dedicated support. They work with some exciting, innovative businesses that are helping transform the world with technology. They work with Tech-Driven companies and will not only find the right talent for those businesses but will also consult as much as possible to fix attrition and process issues that might arise.

With a constantly increased workload, they are in need of a Resourcer to work alongside the consultants to both find a screen credible candidates within the industry.

The added bonus in this role is that it comes with a bespoke training program which will help the successful candidate work towards becoming an RPO recruiter within 12-18 months of starting.

What they are looking for:

• 1 Year+ Experience in Recruitment
• Tech background OR Professional Markets (Legal, Finance, Insurance etc)
• An eagerness to learn
• Someone who wants progression
• Pleasant phone manner
• The ability to listen
• good organisation skills
