Restaurant General Manager

An artfully presented rustic Greek restaurant is looking for a General Manager to support them in their transition from a normal seating restaurant to work with Deliveroo and Uber Eats during this unprecedented time.

The General Manager will be responsible for looking after 2 restaurants with approx 28 staff. You will be required to assist with the service but also help out with stock control, ordering, budget, P&L and HR functions. This is a busy restaurant with a loyal customer base who view the restaurant to be luxury and offering a 5* customer service at all times.

The best suited candidate will have:

- Luxury restaurant experience
- Experience managing a team
- Experience and not to be shy to get hands on
- Confident to deal with suppliers and partners
- Presentable at all times
- Spoken Greek would be beneficial but not essential.
