Edge Tech is working with a growing software vendor that offers solutions and services around Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Workflows, Mobile Applications, and eForms to public sector organisations across the UK.
Our client’s aim is to improve people’s lives by reducing the burden of admin, enabling teams to achieve significant savings in time and money, and helping the public access the services they need.
Due to their ongoing success, they are looking to hire two delivery consultants to join their software engineering team. As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll be responsible for the project delivery of our client’s bespoke RPA platform, which they’ll ensure you are fully trained on, utilising your background in coding.
You will be working closely with customers and our client’s delivery teams to understand their objectives and design custom solutions to solve their problems. You’ll provide direct hands-on assistance to develop bespoke applications and automations to the customer’s specifications using our client’s software development toolkits following and documenting project methodology and deliverables.
You will also produce best practice advice on the use of our client's products through written best practice guides, knowledge-base posts, and how-to videos. You’ll also be responsible for designing, documenting, and delivering technical Proof of Concept exercises that demonstrate how our client’s products can be used to create solutions relevant to the customer's business.
