My client sit within the tech distribution sector, diversifying their offering from their competitors by offering value added services to their partners. They have seen incredible growth in the last 24 months and forecast a continuation of this.
We’re looking for a sales manager to lead their outbound sales team.
You will need to have a background in an outbound calling environment selling big ticket items. Deal sizes will vary but some have been known to be as large as £6,000,000, but averaging around £250,000.
The business have invested heavily in a state of the art business intelligence systems to feed leads directly to your team to call. It supercharges productivity and means outreach is relevant, timely to the right person.
They have great progression plans, so you will have the chance to continue to build and grow the sales team, getting enthusiastic team players in and teaching them great habits early on. You will be a natural motivator who brings the best out of people, as the better they do the better everyone does.
You will need to be a commutable distance to Banbury as this is an in office role as you oversee the progress of your team.
Salary wise you will be looking at between 35-45K depending on experience, although there are plenty of opportunities to earn in top of this. There are also great opportunities to progress within the company, as they have aggressive hiring plans in the next year.
