My client has been long established in the world of Events and Marketing recruiting, specialising in senior hires and sales roles for the sector.

They have decided that now is the time to start growing. Ideally, they'd like to grow at a sensible pace, so they are searching for a foundation member of the team.

Once the successful candidate is up to speed, they will look to expand the team further, so management potential is very much on the cards. There is also the opportunity to open your own office in future as well, whether that be in the UK or another country entirely.

What they are after:

• 2+ Years of recruitment experience
• experience OR a keen interest in sales recruitment
• Local to Bristol, but will look at hybrid/remote for the right person
• Someone that can be left to it with no micromanagement
• A positive attitude and a keen eye for communication
• Ambitions to progress within the company
