The candidate scrum master is certified, he/she has experience in managing scrum teams : he/she sustains the team self-organize, self-manage and deliver via effective Agile practices. He/she supports and enforces the rules of the Scrum process. He/she reports to the Release Coordinator.

Scrum Master to help scrum team(s) realise their challenging backlog/epic stories within Time & Quality.
A scrum team exists of 4-6 developpers, 1-2 testers, 1-2 functional analists, and a product owner.
Purpose is to let the scrum team evolve to their next level within agile, and have an accurate day2day follow up of the team and their progress.
Next to the facilitation of ceremonies, and maintain the artifacts,
this will require process improvements which you as a scrum master will propose and realise in an autonomous way.
You must have the ability to bring some of the required changes/improvements on a corporate level.

You monitor story content and possible scope drift in a correct way by respecting value to the product (owner), and block it where necessary.

Technical & Business knowledge
You have enough understanding of tools, technologies that are used in software engineering, you understand techniques that help the team improve and you can install those ideas in your team.
You have understanding of Mainframe/Cobol/DB2 environment
You have understanding of business strategy in order to guide the team and product owner on what is valuable.

Agile Principles & proceccess
Be able to apply agile principles naturally in all situations.
Able to help a large organisation adopt Agile principles. Understand how lean principles can benefit Agile approaches.
Helps the organization evolve the process that is most suitable for them. Understands the benefits of agile practices and can help the team adopt them as appropriate, can help teams apply existing practices in a more agile way.
Can apply agile practices beyond the team (continuous integration, users stories, estimations, refactoring).

Core facilitation, leadership & mentoring
Use your facilitation skills in any context (retrospective, grooming, estimates, requirement workshops) Convey knowledge to individuals in your team and stakeholders.
Be able to guide the team through continues improvement. Serves the team and encourage leadership in others. Outside your team you are seen as someone who develops the (team) organization.
Confident with ambiguity, openness to change. Optimism even in the face of failure. Skilled in treating people according to their emotional reactions. Create awareness by presenting hard facts even if difficult.

The candidate has to be comfortable to work not only in java environment but also in a dedicated environment.
This domain is responsible for
1) Document Generation.: use of tool Scriptura
2. Document Storage: used of tools SONORA, PDF cache
3. Orchestration: use of tools Docrouter, Recognition, ,….
4. Document Scanning: use of Kofax, Easyform, Recomatics
5. What communication is sent to which clients via which channels, alerting to clients, make communication visible in the clients archive, campaign, bank mail management,....
Different applications on different platforms are concerned: mainframe with all messaging applications (GEMX,GEXE,...) and open system with document management applications (Scriptura, Sonora, Doc Router, ....)
There is a multitude of innovative projects for the Bank, and therefore there is almost always a (significant) impact in Customer Communication Management

We have now the opportunity to review our architecture to be futureproof and some streams are starting to analyze and implement a complete new roadmap
The document generation part is one of the important topics of the architecture review and we need a Scrum Master for working specifically on this part.
