I have a great job opportunity for Senior Associates who are looking to experience an amazing work culture within an international company that has offices in London, Houston, and Abu Dhabi.
A Senior Associate is responsible for mandate delivery in its entirety within a portfolio, managing both the client and candidate community. My partner is seeking candidates willing to take ownership over their roles but also maintain high levels of accountability.
Sales Responsibilities:
-Arrange, attend and deliver pitches and meetings with established HC clients.
- Build and maintain key client stakeholder relationships to ensure repeat business.
-Support Portfolio Director identifying and converting leads within targeted development clients • Meet quarterly targets in line with incentive plan
-Deal with speculative calls, aftercare, and service calls
-Client visits – new and existing clients – identify and follow up business leads
Client Responsibilities:
-Build and develop long term relationships with existing clients
-Manage a key account and the full end to end project delivery of any mandates
-Develop a good understanding of client companies, what they do, and their work culture and environment
-Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on the success of filling jobs
Candidate Responsibilities:
-Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
-Candidate control – keep in regular contact to review progress and performance
Senior Associate
-Complete a search of the CRM, HC’s network, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources (including referrals) to find the right person for the mandate
-Pre-screen candidates for suitability and conduct interviews
-Review CVs / market placeable candidates, search/shortlist CVs in line with the mandates you are handling, and ensure CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of client requests
