My Client is a well-established recruitment company with a multitude of disciplines. As time goes on, they realise that certain sectors are going to be needed in order to meet their ever-growing client base's demands. The next sector? Renewable Energies.

Thanks to increased demand, and with the ever-evolving energy world attempting to lower its dependence on fossil fuels, they now need to start a Renewable Energy Sector, and thus need an experienced recruiter to head this up. There will of course be a degree of business development (as expected with a new desk), but aside from this, the requirements are very simple.

The ideal person will:

• Have drive and aspirations to be a success

• Be determined

The Package:

• Basic salary of up to £40k
• Commission structure up to 30% with no threshold
• 25 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays
• Flexible working - split between home and office as you wish
• Company pension scheme
• Office Vehicle for visiting Clients (insurance provided)
• Monthly events - nights out, meals, race and spa days
• Once established - Life Insurance and Medical Cover can be discussed.
