They have been established for nearly 20 years as a family business, firmly believing in offering a consultative and caring approach to the UK's Cyber Security market. Their client base is mostly in London, but they cover the whole UK market within the sector. They value quality over quantity, and a lot of their clients have been with them since day 1 - meaning that they clearly know what they're doing.

Due to the new location, they are keen to find like-minded team members who may feel that something is missing where they are currently, who want to be treated with respect and understanding. Here's a breakdown of what they look for in an ideal team member:

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

• A Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant
• 12 months+ Experience
• OR 6 months experience, but have come out of recruitment and want to get back into it
• Cyber experience would be a bonus, but not essential
• Good people that are team players
• No egos
• Consultative and able to sell solutions (although BD is minimal)
• The ability to challenge clients and not be a yes person
