An exciting opportunity to join an up-and-coming recruitment agency in the south of Bristol!

My client is an independent Recruitment agency with fantastic team culture, training, and progression opportunities on offer.

Specialising in Technical recruitment within Engineering, their goal currently is to double in size by the end of the year and then look at expanding to the continent. Job Requirements:

  • 360 recruitment process
  • Building your chosen vertical desk
  • Creating long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Headhunting and sourcing candidates
  • Being up to date on the ever-evolving marketplace
  • Screening prospects
  • Handling the interview process
  • Offer management
  • Candidate and client aftercare

What they are looking for:

  • 6+ months experience within recruitment (within engineering is a bonus)
  • Strong Sales/Business development skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Organised and can work to deadlines
  • Commutable distance to the office
  • A team player
  • A willingness to listen and learn
