My Client is a well-established recruitment company with a multitude of disciplines. They are now looking for an experienced White Collar Construction Recruiter to add another arm to their client offerings.

With the Construction Sector showing no signs of slowing down in the near future, they have realised the need from current clients and want to be able to offer as much as possible to their client base, this position is a definite need rather than a want.

The ideal person will:

The Package:

• Basic salary of up to £40k
• Commission structure up to 30% with no threshold
• 25 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays
• Flexible working - split between home and office as you wish
• Company pension scheme
• Office Vehicle for visiting Clients (insurance provided)
• Monthly events - nights out, meals, race and spa days
• Once established - Life Insurance and Medical Cover can be discussed.
