I am keen to speak with experienced recruitment consultants who are looking for a new opportunity. My client specialise in a number of markets across the US, including Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Tech & Energy. They are looking for consultants who specialise within these areas, however would also be open to consultants who maybe fancy a change of market.

They work in mainly perm markets, but would be open to someone coming in to set up a contract desk. They work with some of the biggest and most attractive clients in their sectors, and have a huge portfolio ready for you to come and get your teeth into.

Earning potential is huge, with an extremely generous salary available to consultants & strong commission structure at 20% uncapped, with extra management bonus’ all paid monthly. With an average fee of £18k, the earning potential is life changing, with consultants billing £700k a year without doing anything extra special, other than following the processes.

The culture here is really relaxed, with regular team days out and extra incentives. They have a training academy and regular development sessions to keep your process streamlined and efficient.

The office is something they are extremely proud of as well, it’s up there with one of the best I have visited. Break out areas that are used as and when you need, a huge open plan kitchen area to cook food from fresh, or just enjoy a meal prepped at home, and fantastic meeting rooms to entertain clients and candidates, or just relax in and enjoy that change of environment. Saying that, the sales floor is a place where you will be extremely relaxed and comfortable too, as it’s spacious and positive with no managers or team leaders sat on your shoulders watching your every move. Your given all the autonomy here, micro management isn’t a thing and never has or will be.

Free On site parking is a massive plus, that train journey or bus journey can be a thing of the past, giving you the flex to come and go when you need.
