Main Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates the 360 sales approach daily to generate new business and maintain existing clients
• Proactive high level CV marketing
• Effectively sells and cross sells the different recruitment solutions and services Cititec can offer
• Networks with clients and candidates to obtain new leads
• Demonstrates a regular stream of business
• Identifies appropriate candidates to match client job specifications
• Ensures candidates are accurately matched and prepared for client interview
• Builds relationships with clients and candidates to develop trust and commitment
• Ensures vacancies are advertised appropriately and conform to client requirements
• Monitors contractors, negotiate renewals/replacements as required
• Visits clients regularly to identify future strategy and requirements for the business
• Networks with clients and candidates to obtain new names, client information and sales leads
• Controls the placement process and maintains contact with the client and candidate throughout
• Develops knowledge of relevant market sectors, clients and technical skills used within those sectors
• Keeps up to date with market intelligence and activity within relevant clients/markets/technologies
• Identifies key selling points of vacancies/client companies in order to sell effectively to candidates
• Understands and works to the processes stipulated by clients for the submission of CVs
• Provides information to clients regarding availability of candidates in specific sectors/technical areas and work with them to identify and sell the most appropriate solution for them

• Is prepared and willing to share knowledge and experience with colleagues

Administration:
• Keeps databases up to date and record all interactions with candidates/clients
• Ensures accuracy of information

Commission and Incentives:
Here is a snapshot of our competitive commission scheme:

£0 - £10k: 10%
£10k - £15k: 15%
£15k - £30k: 20%
£30k+: 25%

However, for any placements at 15% margin or above you automatically qualify for the following (much higher) commission scheme:
£0 - £10k: 20%
£10k - £15k: 25%
£15k - £30k: 30%
£30k+: 35%

For permanent recruitment, the following structure applies for monthly generated starters:
£0 - £10k: 10%
£10k - £20k: 20%
£20k - £45k: 25%
£45k+: 30%

However, if your contract margin for that month is over £15,000 in the month the permanent placement is invoiced, they will be paid at the following:

£0 - £20,000: 20%
£20,001 - £45,000: 25%
£45,001+: 30%
