My client is an exciting recruitment company, that helps tech start-ups and scale-ups maximise their hiring potential through strategised recruitment plans and dedicated support. They work with some exciting, innovative businesses that are helping transform the world with technology. They work with Tech-Driven companies and will not only find the right talent for those businesses but will also consult as much as possible to fix attrition and process issues that might arise.
Established 5 years ago, and possessing over 20 years of experience between the small team there, they off a full-recruitment cycle service, from additional candidates screening to onboarding, so their clients really do get the best possible value for money in their important growth period.
As ever, they are growing to a point where they now need to hire a Senior Talent Partner to work as an Internal RPO, on an embedded basis. Here's a breakdown of what the job entails:
BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Embedded recruiter within Tech organisations during their start-up or scale-up process
- Sourcing, managing and delivering talent to a single client
- Becoming an extension of that client's company
- Consulting on Strategy, Interview process and always adding value
- Pushing back on certain topics where necessary
- Utilising LinkedIn recruiter to compile talent pools for various roles
- Being in constant communication with major stakeholders within the company
WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ Years of recruitment experience
- RPO or internal experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Proven record of full recruitment life cycle experience
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- A passion for tech
- A willingness to learn
- Happy to get stuck in!
