My client, based in West Yorkshire, are seeking experienced Signage Installations Manager. This position will be supporting the business at a senior level - from dealing with the installations team, to liaising with production, to client enquiries and acting as a point of escalation. This is an office-based position, but some site travel is required.
The ideal candidate will have experience already within the signage industry, however, someone with a background in a similar line of work would be considered. This is a great opportunity for the right person to join a reputable, well-established business currently going through a period of growth.
The Role
- Managing the day-to-day workflow, kick starting new projects and organising the installation teams to ensure clients’ needs are met
- Attending site meetings with clients
- Communicating production deadlines and requirements to clients
- Contribute to management meetings to plan company strategy
- Taking ultimate responsibility for successful installations and customer satisfaction
- Overall responsibility and full ownership for the installations team, their performance, etc
The Person
- Experienced in managing individuals
- A ‘people’s person’ and can easily manage clients expectations either via email, telephone or face to face
- Has experience and knowledge of the signage industry, ideally having worked on signage installations themselves
- Can multi-task and be able to put the requests of clients first
- Has access to their own transport with a full driving licence
Salary + Benefits
The salary for this position is paying up to £40,000 plus benefits, based on experience.
