I am working with a market-leading software house, based in Oxfordshire, who are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their growing team.
The company work in a very niche field and currently service 60% of their industry customers and have been working with some of them for as long as 20 years.
They build all their applications from scratch, and everything is done in house, which gives their clients loads of ability to configure / tweak to suit their needs. Most their customers are based in the public sector in the UK, and internationally.
You’ll report directly into the COO and have lots of interaction with customers, so a personable and friendly manner is important, as well as previous experience in a client-facing role.
The company are very forward-thinking and offer all their employees loads of flexibility. Their office is based in Oxfordshire; however they would be happy for you to attend 1 or 2 times a week, working the rest at home.
