Edge Tech is working exclusively with a Series-A funded Conversational AI vendor who have been recognised by Gartner as a Cool Vendor which are scaling at a rapid rate.

Due to their success and continued expansion globally, they are looking for three Solutions Consultants to join their high performing sales team here in the US.

With a client list that includes big names such as Starling and Metro Bank you'll be joining a credible player in the AI space and will be responsible for providing consultative technical expertise supporting direct & partner global sales. This includes leading deep discovery & technical reviews to understand a prospects current & future state.

You’ll consult on technical architecture and best practices such as telephony integration, API / Data integration, and network integration. You will also obtain a full understanding of our client’s technology & capabilities in order to recommend suitable applications to meet prospect requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years experience in a Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect role
• A solid understanding of telephony communication communications standards within PSTN as well as SIP & RTP protocols
• Experience of contact centre solutions such as Genesys, 5’s, Cisco, Avaya, Amazon Connect, etc
• Experience developing proposals, delivering technical presentations/demos & building ROI models
• Excellent client facing experience with the ability to work with various stakeholders within Enterprise organizations
