I am on the lookout for a Spa Operations Manager to join what many consider to be London’s most prestigious day spa. This is a big role, so you will have a proven track record in managing all aspects of a spa operations.
You are coming in to a hardworking and settled team, so you will need to be a good team leader with excellent motivational skills, to keep them working at the high standard already in place. You will also be responsible for recruitment and trade testing of new therapists so experience of spa treatments and qualifications would be highly beneficial.
The Spa attracts an affluent clientele, and you will be expected to understand this audience and be attentive, discreet whilst maintaining a quiet confidence throughout.
You will be in charge of all health and safety protocols, so you will need to have demonstrable experience in managing this.
This is an incredible opportunity to work at London’s most beautiful Spa, where there are set hours, with no Sundays being worked, no treatments and a great salary package.
You will be based in Chelsea, so please ensure you live within a commutable distance to this location. Salary wise, you will be looking at £40,000 which will increase to £45,000 after 6 months. You will also be in line for an annual bonus. There are set hours which include having every Sunday off.
