My client, who are a specialist in SuccessFactors Consultancy, are looking for a number of experienced SuccessFactors consultants to join their fast growing organisation on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for exposure to some of Germany’s most exciting SuccessFactors implementation projects and well as supporting current clients in their SuccessFactors journeys, with current clients including a world-renowned luxury car manufacturer and a Global leading Pharmaceutical company.

Requirements:

• Between 2 to 6 years SuccessFactors implementation experience
• Must have strong configuration skills in at least one of the following, Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Talent and Performance or Compensation
• Certification in one of the above is highly desirable
• Experience as a consultant, whether independently or part of a larger consulting organisation - Should be able to contribute to bids and tenders
• Fluent in English, German speaking would also be a big plus
• A full German Driving Licence
