Our technology team is looking for a new consultant to help grow the contract offering. We are looking for a 360-degree recruiter who can develop new business, account manage and resource for their own jobs.
As a Mid- Senior Consultant you will be responsible for delivering a consistent, successful and consultative recruitment service to a designated client base. In addition, you will be responsible for building a good reputation among candidates and clients for being an effective, knowledgeable recruiter in the market and be responsible for offering advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, industry trends, career opportunities and skill bench-marking.
Ideally, your background could include at least 12 months recruitment experience in a role ideally within the technology space. Or you might be digital specialist with a solid understanding of technology trends and what a technology role entails.
Key clients include a number of global blue-chip companies across the retail, e-commerce, entertainment and broadcasting sectors as well as a host of smaller digital and technology start-ups in the Silicon Roundabout area.
