The job:

Starting as a 180 recruiter:

• Headhunting and reaching out to candidates via direct applications, job boards, LinkedIn, etc, and screening and shortlisting candidates against jobs
• Preparing candidates for interview
• Booking interviews, negotiating salaries, and ensuring successful placements of candidates

Progressing into a 360 recruiter:

• Proactively engaging with new and existing clients to identify new hiring opportunities and understand their requirements and culture, to match candidates.
