During your first month you will be given temporary targets which will look like; 5 client calls per week, 5 pre-screens per week, 300 candidate CETs over the course of the month, and 300 BD CETs over the course of the month. You can check your targets and progress on your personal computer as well as on the big screen to keep on track.

There will be an initial probation period of 6 months and during this time there will be many training sessions to help you become a world-class recruitment consultant which will have a varied learning style in the classroom, online and live events. However, you can always rely on the team’s advice and support if you ever get stuck.
