180 recruiter (Candidate)

• Headhunting the best talent in the marketplace for your clients' businesses.
• Negotiating the best deal for your candidate
• Interviewing candidates
• Sourcing candidates through CV library, linkedin ect
• Shortlisting candidates against Jobs

360 recruiter (Candidates & Clients)

• You will develop your own client base and become their go-to for business growth.
• Attending client meetings and building strong relationships
• Negotiating terms of business
• Keeping up to date with hiring criteria
• Making placements!
