UX Designer

I am working with a cutting-edge Digital Agency that are specialists in powering digital transformation strategies with user-centered web design and development, whilst keeping UX at the forefront of everything they do.

They are experiencing increased demand in Q1 of 2022 and are looking to bring on a mid-weight UX Designer to join their creative team.

They work with a range of clients, from FTSE 100 companies all the way to start-ups and everything in between. Digitally focused, they are leaders in mobile apps, web design, AI and UX.

You will play a vital role in developing UX and UI design work for their clients. You will also be involved in developing UX strategies and processes, whilst also leading other designers and working closely with clients to fully understand their requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a user experience role.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Be confident in dealing with clients.
  • Working knowledge of XD, Sketch and Figma, as well as design focused software like Adobe CC, Invision, Miro etc.

Beneficial experience:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in HCI, experience design, communication design or multimedia design.
  • Experience working in an agency environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or JavaScript.
