Salary - Upto £35,000 - £45,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Car or Allowance

You will be expected to sell to a variety of different businesses, winning new business for your region. You will quickly understand their recruitment needs and demonstrate efficient and effective solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Possessing a new business attitude, you will be focused on winning business for your region.
  • Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Focused on selling robust recruitment solutions to the temporary staffing market.
  • You will manage a social media presence, effectively utilising multiple platforms to boost employer branding.
  • You will have a proven track record in both new business sales and client relationship management.
  • Tailoring unique solutions to meet each individual client's needs.
  • Knowledge of pricing models and experience in negotiating cost.

This is the ideal opportunity for you if you are an experienced sales person within the recruitment industry. You will have experience within the industrial and/or logistics sectors and have a proven track record of selling temporary recruitment solutions.
