As a recruitment coordinator, your remit is to support our consultants so that we can provide the best experience to our candidates and hiring managers. This ensures that the recruitment process runs as smoothly as possibly. Everything you do is central to what we do as a business.
In terms of day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll take care of all the administration relating to the job cycle. This includes preparing all necessary documentation, helping with job ads, scheduling interviews, following up with successful candidates and sending out job offer acceptance letters. Stakeholder management skills are essential throughout the process.
You’ll be working closely with our consultants and our client’s Human Resources teams, so you’ll need to be collaborative and be able to multitask. This is very much a team role for someone who is supremely well organised and can handle pressure. Every day is different and brings lots of variety.
We’re looking for someone who can slot into a team and give it their all.
You’ll also need strong IT and communication skills as well as an eye for detail. As a brand ambassador, this role plays a vital part in setting the very high standards that our clients have come to expect from us. As a point of contact for our candidates, the impression you leave has a direct effect on the experience they receive.
