The ideal profile would be a recruiter who is currently operating as a retained search consultant. However - if you have not previously sold retainers, we will work with you to delvop that skill and move you up a gear!
And don't be fooled by our Brighton life- the primary territory focus for the business is throughout Europe, US and some Middle East and Asia-Pac projects.
In an ideal world, you'll have previously been working with software vendors- but we know that having the right traits and mindset is more important than experience with a precise set of clients.
So we're open to established 360 consultants coming from any market requiring those transferrable communication skills and recruitment styles.
We typically deliver commercially oriented hires (leadership, sales, marketing, some professional services roles) for both venture backed startups and major fortune 100 brands.
Whilst exposure to similar roles to our core focus would be perfect, we're open minded- so long as you're bringing credibility, influencing skills and attention to detail to the table.
